- What happens on the discovery call?
- A 20-minute conversation about your business, your data, and whether we're a fit. We ask about your biggest cost concerns, what data you have available, and your current situation. No pitch, no pressure. You'll know by the end of the call whether we can help you.
- What data do I need to share for an audit?
- Whatever you have. Most clients share POS exports, accounting software reports (QuickBooks, Xero), ecommerce platform data (Shopify, WooCommerce), or basic spreadsheets. We work with what exists — not what's ideal.
- How long does the audit take?
- Typically 7–10 business days from the point you share your data. You receive the written report and we schedule the debrief call within that window.
- Is there a commitment after the audit?
- None. The audit is a standalone, flat-fee engagement with a defined deliverable. At the end, we'll share a recommendation — which might be the retainer, or it might be self-implementation, depending on what we find. You decide.
